Email Sessions

These sessions are conducted remotely and you will be emailed a copy of your session notes along with an audio file talking you through your session and what has been released.  Sessions usually take around an hour but this will vary on the individual.
Package sessions are usually held on a weekly basis, but this can be discussed to suit your needs (Package sessions must be utilised within 3 months of purchase date).
