I (the client [or parent/guardian of child or animal]) understand that The Emotion Code, as well as the Body Code System, as taught by Dr Bradley Nelson, and as practiced by Kate Saunders (the energy healing professional), seeks to identify and eliminate underlying imbalances by releasing energetic imbalances in the areas of energy, circuitry, pathogens, structure, toxicity, and nutrition. This method of energy healing promotes harmony and balance within, relieving stress and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Energy healing such as this method may be a valuable and effective complement to conventional medical care.
 

I understand that releasing trapped emotions or the correction of any other energetic imbalance using these methods, as practiced by Kate Saunders, is not a substitute for medical care or veterinary care. Information from sessions is not intended as medical or veterinary advice and should not be used for medical or veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Information received is not intended to create any physician-patient relationship, nor should it be considered a replacement for consultation with a healthcare or veterinary provider, nor is it meant to replace any medical treatments as ordered by any doctors or veterinarians, nor any other medical care you have been advised to seek by them. I understand that in approximately 20% of sessions, the release of trapped emotion(s) or other energy(s) may result in “processing,” where echoes of the emotion(s) or other energy(s) released may manifest in temporary physical or emotional discomfort, and that this “processing” appears to be a normal part of the energy healing process of regaining energetic balance. The energy healing professional will make me aware of the processing time after mine, my child's, or my animal's session, and it is at my discretion as to whether to continue any other form of treatment, exercise or training for me, my child or animal.  I understand that it is best not to have any other complementary treatment that could have similar processing symptoms, such as massage, chiropractic treatment, reiki etc. on the same day as my Energy Healing Session. I understand it is recommended to allow at least 24 hours for myself, my child or animal to process and rest before taking part in anything too exerting. 
 

I understand that my energy healing professional makes no claims as to healing or recovery from any illness or emotional condition I may have now, nor the prevention of any illness I may have in the future, and that no guarantee is made towards validity. I understand that this is also the case for my child or animal in my care.  I further understand that the use of any information I receive is at my own risk. 
 

I understand that if I have health concerns regarding myself, my child or my animal, I am recommended to seek advice from an appropriate medical or veterinary practitioner before making any decisions about mine or their health, and that this modality is offered as a service and is not meant to replace any medical or veterinary treatment.

As a client, I understand that when paying for services, I fully consent to the services offered by the energy healing professional and all terms stated herein. I agree to allow the energy healing professional and Be At One Healing to send me information via e-mail associated with the package I have purchased.
 

I understand all sessions are done remotely and I will never be in physical contact with the energy healing professional. My energy healing professional will connect to mine, my child's or my animal’s energy field, asking for permission from the subconscious mind, and proceed to release negative trapped emotional energies or any other energetic imbalances that may arise.  
 

I understand all session(s) are distant healing sessions. Following these sessions, my energy healing practitioner will provide me with a report, detailing the observations and findings of the session(s).  This report will be a written record of the releases along with an audio talking the me through the session.  The basis and frequency of such reports is as specified in the promotional information accompanying each service.  I understand that the report is purely a record of the session(s) and the observations and findings of the energy healing practitioner and is based on the experience and professional judgement of the energy healing practitioner.  I understand that the report is not to be used, or relied upon, for any medical diagnosis or treatment. If I have purchased online sessions I understand I will be emailed a copy of the notes from my session.
