These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of services provided by Be At One Healing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any service, programme, assessment, consultation, or digital resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Be At One Healing is a UK-based sole trader business providing breathing education, coaching, assessments, energy clearing services, and related wellness services.

2. Services

Services may include:

• Complimentary Connection Calls

• Breathing Assessments

• Restorative Breathing Programmes

• Online Coaching Sessions

• Energy Clearing Services

• Educational Resources and Digital Downloads
   

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, programme, content, pricing, or feature at any time.
 

3. Complimentary Connection Calls

Each prospective client is entitled to one complimentary Connection Call unless otherwise agreed.

The purpose of the call is informational only and does not constitute coaching, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
 

4. Client Responsibilities

By purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You have provided accurate information.

• You understand that our services are educational and coaching-based in nature.

• You accept responsibility for your own decisions, actions, health, and wellbeing.

• You will seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
   

5. Medical Disclaimer

Be At One Healing and its practitioners are not medical doctors and do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
 

Information, exercises, recommendations, and guidance are provided for educational and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
 

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or concern.
 

6. Breathing Assessments

Following a Breathing Assessment, clients may receive:

• Personalised recommendations

• Written guidance

• Educational materials

• Access to a recording of the session
   

Written guidance and session recordings will normally be provided within 24 hours of the assessment.

Any promotional voucher issued following an assessment shall be subject to the validity period stated at the time of issue.
 

7. Restorative Breathing Programme

Unless otherwise stated:

• Programme access begins upon purchase.

• All live sessions must be completed within three (3) months of the purchase date.

• Unused sessions expire after the programme period and are non-transferable.
   

Clients are responsible for booking sessions using the scheduling link provided.
 

8. Energy Clearing Services

Clients requesting an energy clearing service must provide the relevant property address by email.

Following completion of the service, a summary report and any relevant observations may be provided.

Energy clearing services are offered as complementary wellbeing services. No guarantee is made regarding outcomes, results, healing, symptom improvement, property conditions, or future circumstances.
 

9. Digital Resources and Free Downloads

Any free or paid digital resources, guides, recordings, PDFs, videos, or educational materials are used entirely at the user’s own discretion and risk.
 

No guarantee is provided regarding specific outcomes.
 

10. Session Recordings

Where recordings are made:

• Recordings may be provided to the client.

• Clients are responsible for downloading recordings within 48 hours of receipt.

• After this period recordings may be permanently deleted.

• Recording availability is not guaranteed.
   

11. Payment Terms

Current pricing is displayed on our website.
 

We reserve the right to:

• Change prices at any time.

• Correct pricing errors.

• Withdraw promotional offers.
   

Price changes do not affect services already purchased.
 

Payment Plans

For the Restorative Breathing Programme:

• Full payment option: £545
   

• Payment plan option: Three monthly payments of £189

Total payment plan amount: £567
 

By selecting a payment plan, the client agrees to pay all instalments when due.
 

Failed Payments

If an instalment payment fails:

• Access to future sessions may be suspended.

• The client will be notified by email.

• Outstanding balances remain payable.
   

We reserve the right to pursue recovery of unpaid fees.
 

12. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
 

Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided:

• The session may be forfeited.

• No refund, replacement session, or credit will be issued.
   

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
 

13. Refund Policy

Breathing Assessment

Refunds are available if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Restorative Breathing Programme

Clients may request a full refund:

• Within 7 days of purchase; and

• Before the first live coaching session has taken place.

Once coaching services have commenced, refunds will generally not be available except where required by law.
 

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
 

14. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions will be treated as confidential unless:

• Disclosure is required by law;

• Disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety;

• The client gives consent.
   

15. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, exercises, videos, recordings, handouts, guides, documents, website content, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Be At One Healing.
 

Materials may not be:

• Copied

• Reproduced

• Distributed

• Shared

• Sold

• Published
   

without prior written permission.
 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Participation in services is voluntary.

• Clients accept responsibility for their own actions and decisions.

• No guarantee of specific outcomes or results is provided.
   

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence;

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
   

Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or relating to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
 

17. Data Protection

Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
 

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, internet outages, software failures, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications disruptions.
 

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
 

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
