Restorative Breathing Course 

Let’s work together to restore more natural, functional breathing habits that support your health and wellbeing.

Through a series of 5 hourly guided online sessions, over a period of three months, you will learn how your current breathing patterns may be affecting how you feel, and how small changes can help your body breathe more efficiently.

During the program we will work on:

  • understanding your current breathing habits

  • learning simple breathing exercises to restore nasal and functional breathing

  • improving tolerance to carbon dioxide and reducing over-breathing

  • calming the nervous system and supporting stress resilience

  • building sustainable breathing habits you can carry into everyday life​

The approach is gentle, practical, and designed to fit into daily routines. Over time, these small changes can lead to meaningful improvements in energy, sleep, focus, and overall wellbeing.​

You will learn the key principles of functional breathing and why they matter, so you leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue improving your breathing at your own pace.

Please note my working time/days to ensure we are compatible time wise should we work together: Tues - Thurs 1pm - 8pm, Sat 9am - 4pm, GMT UK Time
