Breathing Reset & Personal Plan
After completing a short pre-session questionnaire, this 45-minute online session is designed to assess your breathing patterns and how they may be contributing to stress, anxiety, poor sleep, or low energy.
During the session, we’ll explore your unique breathing habits and any current health challenges or goals. You’ll receive clear, personalised guidance along with simple, effective techniques you can start using straight away to support your nervous system and improve how you feel day to day.
You’ll leave with a tailored plan and practical exercises to follow at your own pace, helping you begin making meaningful changes from the very first session.
If you’d like to go deeper, you can continue into the 5-Session Restorative Breathing Course, where you’ll receive ongoing support, deeper insight and guidance, and accountability as you build lasting breathing habits.
