Email Sessions
These sessions are conducted remotely and you will be emailed a copy of your session notes along with an audio file talking you through your session and what has been released. Sessions are around 75 minutes.
Upon purchase you will be contacted to discuss a suitable date to begin your sessions.
Package sessions are usually held on a weekly basis, but this can be discussed to suit your needs
Package sessions must be utilised within 3 months of purchase date
